on using the latest RifeBare design. These units are at least 1/2 the size
of one which would be constructed using Dr. Bares plans.
It is an electronic device invented by Dr. James Bare and based up the technology of Dr.Royal Raymond Rife. The RifeBare is comprised of six major components:
The RifeBare emits radio frequencies imposed on or within plasma waves which come from a glass, lit tube filled with the noble gas Argon. This energy moves through the air and into any object or a body. The plasma wave penetrates walls, concrete, steel or lead. The Photon content generated by the light from the tube is believed to permit this. The frequency selected determines what will be targeted on route. Details of this device can be viewed.

What is known to be emitted from the plasma tube?
Electromagnetic energy and radio produced (RF) resonant energy are the most
noted emissions. Minor UV and X-ray emissions have been detected but quantities
are below those radiated from the sun. The electromagnet portion of the
wave can be contained within a Faraday cage.
Do I have to wear UV protective sunglasses?
No. But needlesly watching the light in the tube is discouraged.
How does the RifeBare differ from a pad, wand or other Rife type device?
A pad type device uses raw electricity to bring frequencies into the body.
RifeBare devices use the Photon content
from the light as the carrier of the frequencies. Unlike a pad type unit,
there is no need for a RifeBare to have physical contact with the body.
In fact, it is not effective if you are within three feet of the tube. One
of the most important differences, is the RifeBare frequencies cover and
penetriate the entire body or object at one time. As many as 50 volunteers
have received the effects from the RifeBare in a single 75-minute session.
How is the RifeBare Device used?
The subject targeted sits relaxed six to twelve feet from the device. No
clothing or jewelry need be removed. Selected frequencies are entered into
the frequency generator and run for a selected time, usually 2 to 5 minutes
for each setting. Often more than one frequency is used. Certain conditions
merit longer frequency "dwell" times. For example, Herpes Simplex
frequencies may be 10 to 15 minutes for each of the two primaries - 1488
and 1552. The common cold or flu are similar durations for the primary frequencies
880 and 800.
What is the effective range of the RifeBare?
Effects of the plasma wave have been noted up to 200 feet on earlier built
machines. Newer units can be limited to around 50 feet. In group session,
the furthest volunteer is 30 feet from the device. Radio frequencies may
be detected up to 100 feet from the latest version of the RifeBare. TV's
(picture quality) not connected to cable could be affected. Radio receivers
on am or fm may detect some interference at distances of 100
feet. This includes CB radio detection. Interference is greatest near the
device and reduces as distance increases. Proper tuning of the RifeBare
will reduce this interference.
How far do I stay away from the RifeBare when it is operating?
As an operator, at least 3 feet. As a recipient, 6 to 12 feet is a very
effective distance.
If I am the operator of the device, will I be affected?
Yes. Any frequency used that your body needs, will affect you in some
way. This will continue until your body is "clear" of whatever
was being targeted. New operators often report detoxification symptoms of
minor fever, headaches, chills, nausea, stiffness to muscle and/or joints,
rash and or itchy skin. If you are healthy, you probably will not receive
a major reaction.
If you use frequencies your body does not need you will still be effected
to a minor degree from the electomagnetic field produced.
How many hours a day can an operator use this device?
The jury is out on this one. Dr James Bare and Donald Tunney each have over
1000 hours of exposure over the past two years and have no apparent negative
effects. Common sense tells us that too much of anything may not be good.
On the side of caution, I recommended no more than three hours a day or
ten hours a week. Containment of the electormagnetic field using Faraday
caging may permit much more operation time.
How long is a typical session?

How do I use the device?
Turn it on, tune it, set a chosen frequency and run it for a set time...say 3 minutes. Use a stop watch. Keep operators records that should include the freq, duration, SWR's and forward power. You do not have to remove any clothing. Sit on a chair with nothing between you and the lit tube. The distance should be 6 to 12 feet but up to 50 feet can still be effective. Any chair should do. Remove large jewelry. Relax.
Do I have to shut the device off everytime I set a frequency?
No. When the tube it lit you can change to any frequency you want throughout the session without having to stop and restart the device. You may have to fine tune the tuner from time to time. Each device is slightly different in operational charactoristics.
Why do you have on your machine " Do not operate longer than 30 minutes?
Our RifeBare devices are bench tested to run for 2 hours - non stop. We have experienced machines overheating after delivery is taken - so we make this 30 minute operational period precautionary. Most units can run all day long without any problems. Rough handling of the boxes during courier transport probably has caused some adjustment or component to move which leads to an overheating problem.
Why to you say to turn off the CB transmitter OFF if the tube does not light within 10 seconds?
As a precaution we say this. Most units can run from 30 seconds to all day long without the tube being lit. But on some units the CB transmitter is sensitive and signal "feedback" can cause the CB to fail.
Why do you use 100% Argon gas in your tubes? Dr. Bare advocates that 10% helium for example can be mixed with 90% Argon.
100% Argon can be very difficult to ignite. So a little Helium and other gasses wererecommended to help with tube ignition. Our RifeBare devices normally do not have difficulties achieving tube ignition so we stay with 100% Argon because Argon produces more Photon content than any other gas. The more Photons - the better effect.
Can everyone "feel" the signal?
Some people can but most people do not..at least until they have been around an operating RifeBare device for some time.
What risks are there?
Not one of the 500 Comox Valley volunteers have reported being injured by
the technology. Those with unshielded pacemakers may be at risk although
people having metal plates, staples, pins or wires have not had problems.
Jarisch-Herxheimer reactions are common. Understanding how to detoxify from
the resulting "kill off" is most important. I estimate there are
now 5000 RifeBare devices in operation globally and the vast majority of
these users/operators are on the Internet. There has not been a single report
of a mishap. No doubt, as time passes, frequencies could be accidentally
used which could be dangerous. Although long term effect to short or long
exposure is an unknown, based on observations to date, there does not seem
to be reason to suspect there will be risks unless untested frequencies
are used.
What are the uses of the RifeBare device?
Cancer
The first RifeBare was built for Batyah
who had cancer in six places in her body. When the device was used, some
tumors shrunk, her energy levels improved and pain levels diminished. When
the cancer frequencies were stopped for three months, the cancer tumors
returned along with intense pain. Others deemed terminal with cancer have
used the RifeBare report similar results. Most died from other complications
like Pneumonia or pancreatic breakdown. All these volunteers were in final
stages of the disease. Many lived far longer than anyone expected. Many
are still alive. Rife Technology will not cure cancer. Neither will surgery,
radiation, chemo or drugs . Cancer is the "effect" of something
else. Cancer is not its own cause. RifeBare
Technology is not a magic wand although it certainly improves the quality
of a person's life. In the case of cancer, it provides a "window of
opportunity" for the person to make the necessary changes to diet and
lifestyle which bring about good health. Dr Rife stated that everyone has
cancer cells. Those with unbalanced systems cannot contain the cancer growth.
Enhance Immune Systems
The RifeBare will boost the immune system by killing off weaker white cells
in the blood and allowing new healthy aggressive cells to return within
48 hours of use.
Viral, Bacterial, Fungal and Yeast control
The big winners with this technology will be in viral, bacterial and fungus
control. Volunteers with Lyme and Herpes with no hope of a cure have responded
by "returning to the land of the living." Arthritis, fibromyalgia,
chronic fatigue, asthma, and allergies have responded. Horses, cats, dogs
and other animals can also be beneficiaries.
